Diving sites TossaSub

The dive sites around Tossa de Mar are excellent, in summer when the water temperature is 24-27ºC and the visibility between 15-30 metres, and in winter with water temperatures between 11-16ºC and visibility up to 15-20m on good days and 5-10 m in adverse conditions.

We rarely find currents when diving.

  Montirivi

Dive boat. Advanced level: 2 stars or higher. Depth:

• Minimum 21 m
• Media 24-26 m
• Maximum 36 m

20 to 25 minutes by boat. With clean water, prettier immersion in terms of landscape. Many schools of fish and many network hooked into the rock. Very large area, for 3 or 4 dives.

  Punta Pola

Dive boat. All levels.

Depth:

• Low 3m
• Media 10-12 m
• Maximum 17 m

Less than 10 minutes by boat. For those who want to enter the cave diving. Simple. Sponges of all species and colors.

  Es Palomar

Dive boat. All levels.

Depth:

• Low 3m
• Media 12-13 m
• Maximum 18 m

5 to 10 minutes by boat. Ideal as last dive Open Water Course and also for lovers of Posidonia, pen shells, etc. The most relaxed of all.

  Na Bosca

Dive boat. All levels.

Depth:

• Low 8m
• Media 14-16 m
• Maximum 21 m

Less than 5 minutes by boat. It shaped long narrow ridge and a barrel of sand that crosses where you’ll find the most interesting diving. Very easy to navigate this dive.

   Roca d’en Ricard

Dive boat. Advanced level: 2 stars or higher, with good consumption and experience.

Within 10 minutes of navigation. For small groups, and with good conditions. Shortly immersion but well spent. Large species and some surprises.

  Illa Sa Palma

Dive boat. All levels.

• Minimum 14 m
• Media 18-20 m
• Maximum 30 m

Less than 5 minutes by boat. You can do the dive on the far side of the island, for divers with experience and good consumption or in the nearest part, surrounding the peak of the rock. Very interesting and surprising.

   Castell de Blanes

Dive boat. Advanced level: 2 stars or higher.

• Minimum 35 m
• Media 38-40 m
• Maximum 42 m

5 to 10 minutes by boat. Immersion of small size. For very experienced divers. Large aquatic life.

  Roca d’es Cars

Dive boat. All levels.

Depth:

• Minimum 12 m
• Media 14-18 m
• Maximum 25 m

Less than 10 minutes by boat. Immersion close to a good depth for full immersion, and with such varied life. A good example of what the dives of Tossa.

  Roca Muladera

Dive boat. All levels.

Depth:

• Low 0 m
• Media 17-19 m
• Maximum 25 m

Within 10 minutes of navigation. Immersion top Tossa funds. Very good to practice orientation. Wide area that you can do in shallow for novices, and deepest area if you do not have drinking problems. If you want to see mere is a good choice.

  Tres Barres

Dive boat. All levels.

Depth:

• Minimum 4 m
• Media 15-17 m
• Maximum 24 m

Within 10 minutes of navigation. Favorite of Tossasub. Guiding you if you’re good, you can reach the neighboring diving points. Immersion fairly tour for those who have good consumption, and if you extend into the deepest area can make your stop in the rock, where there is a wide variety of nudibranchs and also for its wealth of fish stocks, and clean water, like you’re diving in an aquarium.

Els Bolets

Dive boat. All levels. Depth:

• Minimum 19 m
• Media 23-25 m
• Maximum 30 m

Within 10 minutes of navigation. Open and 1 star for good consumption or higher. If you want to see Milanas stripes or mosaic it is the best option. It is relatively easy to miss if you do not know the area and go without a guide. In the deeper part there are a number of rocks in the form of mushrooms (bolets in Catalan), hence its name, which are plagued by locusts. Highly recommended.

  Roca d’es Rois

• Minimum 16 m
• Media 22-24 m
• High 28 m

20 to 25 minutes by boat. Loose rocks full of life. A good choice if you know the typical dives in the area. Very few visitors.
