Introductory dives

It is the first step before you start the Open Water Diver course. During this training, you will learn the basics of diving. You will learn how to use the equipment for your first immersion. You will learn how to breathe underwater and you will experience the lack of gravity. Altogether a fascinating experience!

Monday to Friday

9:00h, 10:00h, 11:00h, 12:00h, 16:00h in Tossasub

Weekends and holidays

9:00h, 10:00h, 11:00h, 12:00h, 16:30h in Tossasub

Courses are not suitable for those with heart, respiratory or ear problems, except with a medical certificate which specifies “permitted to dive". Not suitable if pregnant. You may not fly for 12 hours after a dive.

For boat or beach dives, please present your current certificate, diving insurance and R.C. (we can provide this if you don´t have it) and valid medical certificate. Boat outings require a minimum of 4 divers. Activities may be cancelled or changed depending on the sea conditions.

For the course schedules please contact us. Customised schedules. We start courses every week. Medical certificate which specifies “permitted to dive”, 2 passport photos, photocopy of ID, payment in full are compulsory before beginning any course.
